Do you long to see young people encounter Jesus and grow as disciples? We are seeking a Youth Pastor to help build a Spirit-led, community-rooted youth ministry that makes Jesus known and creates genuine pathways to faith for 11–18 year olds across Preston.

This is an exciting opportunity to invest in the next generation as part of the Diocese of Blackburn’s Ignite Project, working within a supportive church, staff team, and wider diocesan community.

About the Role

The Youth Pastor will play a key role in growing a thriving community of young people, helping them explore faith, develop as disciples, and raise up new local leaders for the church and wider community.

This role would suit someone who:

• Has previous experience in youth ministry (paid or voluntary)
• Is ready to take their next step in leadership
• Has a heart for young people and a desire to see faith grow authentically
• Is confident working collaboratively within church, school, and community settings

Preston | Permanent | Full-time

Hours: 39 hours per week (including Sundays)
Salary: £27,000–£30,000 (dependent on experience)
Contract: Permanent
