Make a Difference in the Lives of Young People and Families. IVPC is seeking a passionate and committed Youth and Family Worker to help strengthen and expand our outreach to children, young people, and families within the local community.
This is an exciting opportunity to build meaningful relationships, create safe and inclusive spaces, and support children, young people, and families in developing confidence, resilience, and a strong sense of belonging.

About the Role
As Youth and Family Worker, you will take a lead role in developing and delivering engaging activities and support initiatives that respond to local need. You will help move our existing
provision from largely volunteer-led initiatives to a more coordinated, consistent, and impactful outreach programme.

18.75 hours per week – 2-Year Fixed-Term Contract
