and strategically supported.

Scope and dimensions of the post:

• Provides oversight of the governance and ensures effective operation of the Synod, Synod Executive and associated committees.
• Acts as a principal adviser on process, policy implementation, constitutional compliance and organisational coordination across the Synod.
• Supports effective collaboration between office holders, ministers, churches and wider denominational bodies to ensure coherent delivery of Synod priorities.
