St Barnabas now has a vacancy for a part time or full-time minister. The church is mindful of the task at hand of growing the Kingdom of God in the Isle of Man and to fulfil that goal it would require the services of a fully trained minister to preach and teach, provide pastoral care and to empower the congregation in their evangelism mission.

The minister should assist congregants to discover their spiritual gifts and bear the fruit of the Spirit.
