Frimley Baptist Church in Camberley, Surrey is looking for a Youth Ministry Lead to ignite faith, build community, and inspire the future generations of 11–18s to follow Jesus with confidence, courage, and joy.

We are looking for an experienced, creative and relational leader with vision and initiative, a deep love for Jesus and a heart for young people to

• Develop, lead and grow a compelling, faith-filled youth programme
• Build trusted relationships with young people and their families
• Mentor and develop young leaders
• Champion Christian presence in local schools
• Help create an intergenerational church culture
• Work closely with a passionate team of volunteers

This is a full-time salaried position: 37.5 hours/week (evening & weekend work will be necessary)

Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 + pension

It is an occupational requirement that the role is fulfilled by a committed Christian
