As part of the ministry team to carry out, develop and support all aspects of our children’s, young people and families’ work.

To work alongside the minister, the elders and the congregation as they seek to fulfil their Mission Statement:
‘to bring in, build up and send out followers of Jesus Christ to the glory of God’

Background
Inshes East Church is a congregation that serves a large community on the outskirts of Inverness, many of whom we have no connection with. We also have a growing number of young families regularly worshipping with us. We run a healthy Sunday school (Truthtrackers), and a small Youth Fellowship (IT), a weekly Toddlers’ group (FAB) and occasional Dad’s events are also run. The Kirk Session is keen to develop and expand our work with children, young people and families and are seeking someone of God’s choosing to lead this work.
Duties and Responsibilities

To work with and support existing youth and children’s activity leaders and develop a team for this work.
Leading the Youth Fellowship work including developing and mentoring the teenagers in our Church family.
Build relationships with the local community and community group, with a focus on families and young people.
Seek and develop opportunities for additional outreach.
