The Nottingham Team Lead is a pivotal role within the Hope into Action structure. The city is one of four locations which are directly line managed by the Head of Delivery and come under the Hope into Action UK charity. The team is well-established and well-connected across Nottinghamshire so the post holder will need a desire to maintain current work, as well as bringing new and fresh ideas and initiatives to the team as it enters a new season of leadership.

This position is a rare opportunity in a fast-paced and exciting environment. The current four team leads and manager cumulatively have over 30 years’ experience at Hope into Action and are excited to welcome someone new into this team.

You will be able to keep a level head, adapt quickly, make sensible and well-reasoned decisions and communicate excellently with a whole host of contacts ranging from staff to tenants, local authorities to investors, church leaders to contractors. At all times you will balance grace with truth and not shirk from challenging situations.
