This is a locally funded post and you will report to the Kirk Session. Line Management will be provided by the Minister.
Main Purpose of post: To support and develop the student work at Sandyford Henderson Memorial Church

MAIN DUTIES
• Build relationships with (and between) students attending Sandyford church, the student lunches and the student cafe
• Proactively promote Sandyford student activities in the wider student body
• Plan and run Bible studies/groups for students – both Christian and non-Christian – as required
• Share the Christian faith with students
• Be part of the student cafe team on a weekly basis, and act as part of the planning team
• Facilitate communication with students, including through social media
• Develop ongoing strategy for student engagement
