We are seeking a capable and experienced Senior Content Manager to work with key staff across the movement. This person will lead the content management team and ensure delivery of high quality print and digital product on time and to budget.
The successful candidate will:
- Take overall project-management responsibility for scheduling, producing and delivering the Development Hub’s print and digital content on time and on budget.
- Provide line management support to the Content Assistant (s) (x3), Development Hub Assistant (x1) and Content Administrator (x1).
- Be able to liaise with staff at all levels across the movement during the planning and development of content.
- Understand and be comfortable with a variety of project management styles.
- Be able to deliver training in content processes to other staff as required.
- Develop and maintain relationships with freelance and other external suppliers.
- Be able to manage the workflow and tasks of a large team to achieve the delivery of print and digital content on time and to budget.
- Create and oversee the use of agreed content budgets for specific projects.
- Understand the principles, implications and potential of multi-channel; content distribution.

The proposed salary is based upon experience. This role is based at Scripture Union’s Offices in Milton Keynes, with the opportunity for hybrid working in line with our policy.
