The Diocese of Argyll and The Isles is seeking a priest to lead the worship and mission of the Scottish Episcopal congregations on Skye and Raasay. This is a full-time stipendiary post, based in Portree, with specific responsibility for St Columba’s in Portree and St Michael’s and All Angels on Raasay, while also reaching beyond to explore new and creative forms of mission on the Isle of Skye and surrounding islands.

We are looking for a spirit-filled pastoral leader with energy, imagination, and resilience ‒ someone excited by both tradition and possibility, ready to inhabit the rich tension between pastoral presence and prophetic invitation.

This post is open to ordained Anglican priests with the right to work and reside in the UK. The appointment is subject to a satisfactory PVG Scheme Record Disclosure (Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007)
