Pastoral Support Receptionist & Administrator

Are you positive, proactive, and highly organised? We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Pastoral Support Receptionist and Administrator, working alongside a colleague in our busy Student Reception.
This is a varied and rewarding role where you will:
  • Work primarily with students in a busy reception, supporting their needs and ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Provide essential administrative support to our pastoral team.
  • Liaise with parents and guardians on matters relating to students, requiring excellent communication skills.
  • What we’re looking for:
  • A can-do attitude and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Previous experience in an office setting and/or working on reception (advantageous).
