We are seeking a Rhos a Mynydd Mission Area Leader and priest-in-charge rooted in Buckley and Ewloe. Ideally, you will be an inspiring team leader, able to recognise and utilise the gifts of lay and ordained ministers, as you develop the team around a shared vision.
We’re seeking a priest to:
- reinvigorate worship, deepen spirituality, and grow congregations so they are larger, younger and more diverse
- offer expertise, inspiration and guidance to grow our confidence in thinking across boundaries and imagine new possibilities
- guide us carefully through a time of change, in a new Mission Area
- be a confident evangelist and maintain the traditional catholic culture while being able to lead a variety of worship styles and activities that appeal to all
generations - be a team player and serve each church equally.
