We’re looking for a Spirit-led, creative, and relational leader to pioneer and develop our ministry with the next generation, helping them know God personally, follow Him confidently, and share His love with others. This is an exciting opportunity because at the heart of our church’s vision, is the call to nurture faith across all ages.

You’ll help shape and grow our ministry with children and youth (0–18 years), supporting families, building community links, and encouraging faith to flourish both inside and outside the church. You’ll take the lead in developing new initiatives, walking alongside young people in their everyday lives, and equipping volunteers to serve and grow in their roles, all while remaining attentive to the refreshing guidance of the Holy Spirit.

You are a committed follower of Jesus, led by the Holy Spirit and passionate about discipling the next generation. You’ll bring creativity, confidence, and warmth to your ministry , whether that’s leading our children’s ministry, youth groups, mentoring a young person, connecting with families, or partnering with schools.

Hours: Full time or Part time (Job Share)

Salary range: £27,443 – £31,024 per annum pro rata
