The Lay Ministry Support Officer will help develop teaching resources for all forms of lay ministry across the Diocese of Bristol, including helping to shape the provision of new forms of locally commissioned lay ministry. They will help to shape a culture within the Diocese which fosters a supportive approach to lay ministry and a diversity of people engaged in that ministry.

You will work as part of a small team which focusses on inclusion, and will receive regular support, other benefits include:
