Inclusion and Projects Coordinator

The Diocese of Bristol is seeking a highly organised and friendly Inclusion and Projects Coordinator to support our People and Safeguarding Directorate, which brings together HR, Safeguarding, Inclusion and Volunteer Strategy.

This varied role provides up to two days a week of coordination and administrative support to our Inclusion Team, and one day supporting HR and Safeguarding projects. You’ll help deliver training, organise events, maintain resources, support project work, and act as a key point of contact for colleagues, clergy, lay ministers and volunteers.

We’re looking for someone with strong administrative experience, excellent communication skills, confidence in using IT, and the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion. This is a varied role and your professionalism when working with a variety of people and and ability to manage a busy and diverse workload will be important to your success.

Inclusion and Projects Coordinator

  • Part time – 21 hours per week, 3 days per week (can be worked over 4 days if preferred)
  • Salary: £28,822 per annum FTE (£17,293 pro rata for 21 hours)
  • Location: Hillside House, Stoke Gifford, Bristol
  • Contract: 6 months Fixed term
