Church Army
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to come and join our team. You’ll provide cover for 12 months in a busy and efficient team working to serve across all of Church Army’s work.
You will cover all aspects of HR including recruitment, employee relations and training and development, so this role suits someone who enjoys a diverse portfolio of work. We are people-focused as well as process-driven, and the post holder should be someone who is the same.
The HR Advisor will play a key role in developing and strengthening the relationship between the staff, line managers and HR and ensure we deliver an effective HR service which is aligned with the service to the wider organisation. The post holder will work closely with managers in making sure the Christian ethos and values of Church Army are part of their culture and practice as line managers.
Salary: £30,041 per annum full time
Hours: Full time is 37.5, and we are seeking to take someone on part time at either 0.8 or 0.7.
Pension: Church Army is an auto enrolment pension employer. You will be assessed under pension auto enrolment criteria. 5% employer contributions will be paid.
Annual Leave: 25 days, plus Bank Holidays (total 33 days) pro rata
Contract: Part-time, Fixed Term
