Holy Trinity Gillingham

Holy Trinity is entering an exciting new season of mission and growth and we are seeking to appoint a Community Pioneer to help shape the next chapter of our life together.

About the role

This is a pioneering role at the heart of our vision for our church and the Twydall community. You will be working with children and families, schools, teens and adults.

This is a full time role funded for 5 years with a salary of £32,000-£35,000 per annum dependent on experience.

About you

We are looking for someone who:

Is a committed Christian with a heart for urban ministry
Has experience of working with children and young people
Is relational, creative and able to work collaboratively
Is passionate about discipleship, mission and evangelism
Is flexible and willing to work evenings and weekends

Holy Trinity is set in the heart of Twydall, an urban estate in Gillingham, Kent. We are part of the inclusive church network and passionately believe that all are welcome to be part of God’s church. Our worship is gently charismatic with a focus on both word and sacrament. We have a growing congregation and welcome children and families most Sundays.

Holy Trinity and the Diocese of Rochester are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults. The successful applicant will be required to undertake enhanced DBS clearance and safeguarding training.
