This position provides the opportunity to lead a regional team to success and high performance in delivery of the current strategy and to help shape the regional delivery under the strategy for 2025/30.

The Head of Region provides strategic and operational leadership in the region, ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the regional team and the successful delivery of the national strategy and regional business plan and projects. The role drives the achievement of key performance indicators and targets with a particular focus oncommunity engagement and income generation.

Key duties and responsibilities include:

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Region
• The Head of Region develops and delivers the annual regional plan, as agreed with the Senior Management Team.
• Manage the Regional Team

Salary:£51,267 gross per annum, plus pension and benefits
Hours/days:36 hours per week, including occasional evenings & weekends
Location: Homebased with frequent travel within the region and nationally
