The Church seeks to serve communities in Wales and in other parts of the United Kingdom by means of the more than 440 congregations and over 12,000 members which belong to the Church. Through the life and witness of these churches, our Ministers, Ministry Workers and our Children and Youth Centre and Lay Training Centre, we endeavour to seek a contextual and current model of work which aims to bring the hope, light and influence of the Gospel to bear on our generation.

The Church believes we should ensure a Head of Finance with a particular responsibility for advising on the financial stewardship of the Church.

Hours:  35 hours per week.

Contract:  Permanent with a 6 month probationary period.

Salary:  58-62 (£47,660– £50,028 pro rata), of the PCW salary scale.

There is an opportunity to join the PCW Pension Scheme.

Location: This post is based at the Assembly office, 81 Merthyr Road, Whitchurch, Cardiff and from home.
