There is a genuine occupation requirement that the post holder is a committed evangelical Christian in accordance with Part 1 of Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010.

Our staff develop a team of partners who support their work and the successful candidate will be required to raise a set target of personal support. While all our staff receive 100% of their salary, they are given a set target to raise through donors giving to Youth for Christ to help towards the cost of employment (personal support). The successful candidate will receive plenty of assistance and coaching to aid them in achieving their target. This role has a required support target of 40% salary costs.

The position is dependent on two suitable references, a DBS check and attendance at regular safeguarding training.
