Birchwood Community Church is looking for a passionate, prayerful leader to join us as Elder for Mission and Community — leading our mission and outreach, to help us see Jesus changing lives in our church and community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Church leadership as part of a small eldership team
• Lead mission strategy and outreach programs
• Manage The Encounter Centre, our community facility
• Build relationships with local churches, schools, and organisations
• Organise events, community projects, and evangelistic initiatives
• Train and equip church members for evangelism and discipleship

Ideal Candidate:
✔ Previous church leadership experience.

✔ Strong commitment to the Christian faith and outreach.

✔ Excellent communication and leadership skills.

✔Organised, compassionate, and approachable.

✔ Worship/music leading skills an advantage but not required.

Full-time | £35–40K (DOE)
