The Operations Director is a senior leadership role at the heart of this vision, responsible for keeping the church running smoothly and effectively enabling the many ministries to grow and reach more people. You will hold strategic oversight of compliance, governance, finance, buildings and HR, while inspiring and equipping the staff team to deliver our plans on the ground. You will also be a key challenger on the team, working alongside Team Heads to generate plans and reach strategic outcomes. Work Base: Holy Trinity Clapham and Trinity House.
Hours: Full Time (37.5 Hours per week)
Salary: £40,000-£50,000 based on experience.
Reports to: Rector
Direct Reports: Operations Manager, Finance Manager, Bookings Coordinator, and
Communications Manager.
Start date: Mar/Apr 2026 – negotiable.
