We are seeking and praying for an experienced and creative trainer to work with the Resourcing Mission and Ministry Team in leading the lifelong learning and equipping provision for Focal Ministers.  This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the mission and ministry of the local church, supported by a committed senior team. The role is funded until the end of 2026 with possibilities for continuing and expanding the work beyond that date being actively explored.

  • Full-time, 35 hours per week
  • 5 Year Fixed-Term contract (31/12/2026), with potential for renewal
  • Salary £43,000 FTE
  • 10% employer contribution to pension
  • Generous holiday entitlement
  • Based at Diocesan Church House in Rotherham with some hybrid working from home
