We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and inspiring individual to join our Transformation Support Hub as our New Worshipping Communities Enabler, leading on one of our key diocesan priorities.

Could you support our plan to launch 100 new worshipping communities (NWC) across our diocese by 2030?
In this exciting new part-time role, you will:
• Join parishes on their journey of starting a new worshipping community
• Offer creativity, expertise, inspiration and experience as a practitioner
• Encourage NWC leaders through training, networking and mentoring
• Support new worshipping communities and practitioners across the Diocese
The Diocese of Worcester is a great place to work with excellent holiday allowances and a very good pension. Salary: £24,000 (being pro-rata of the FTE £40,000) plus a generous non-contributory pension
Hours: 21 hours per week (talk to us about what would work for you)
Location: The Diocesan Office in Central Worcester with some potential to work at home on occasion
