  • work with us, guided by the Holy Spirit, to develop and implement a renewed vision for St Paul’s, particularly in the areas of discipleship, community, prayer and worship
  • encourage people of all ages to grow as disciples of Jesus and play a full part in the life of the church
  • prayerfully, competently, and confidently lead different styles of worship with engaging Biblical teaching
  • be confident in connecting with the wider community.

  • supportive, capable team of both clergy and laity
  • cohesive and supportive PCC who have signed up to the Covenant for Clergy Care and Wellbeing
