The Corporate Partnerships Manager will take ownership of Baytree’s corporate fundraising strategy, creating innovative partnership opportunities, stewarding key relationships, and helping the organisation build momentum in this area.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on making a tangible impact, enjoys working collaboratively, and wants to shape the future of corporate partnerships at a growing charity.

• Lead the development and implementation of Baytree Centre’s corporate partnerships strategy, working closely with the Fundraising and Communications Director.
• Build, maintain, and steward strong relationships with existing and new corporate partners, turning one-off engagements into lasting, value-adding partnerships.
• Identify and implement innovative partnership opportunities that align partner objectives with Baytree’s mission and support the wider fundraising strategy.
