Bath Abbey is seeking an experienced and highly organised Events Manager to lead the planning and delivery of a diverse and high-quality events programme.

This role is central to creating engaging experiences that inspire both new and existing audiences. The programme includes concerts, exhibitions, installations, graduations, theatre performances and film screenings, contributing to the Abbey’s vibrant cultural and community life.

The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of events – from initial enquiry through to execution – ensuring an exceptional visitor experience at every stage. You will oversee operational planning, uphold the highest standards of health and safety, and ensure all activity aligns with Bath Abbey’s mission and values.
